Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Everlane, our goal is to make sure you love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Online Orders at Everlane.com
We accept free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. During the holiday season (orders placed between November 1 and December 31), returns can be initiated until January 31.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Apparel items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached
  • Returns must be submitted via our return system; we do not accept unsolicited returns
  • Once your return is processed, a confirmation email will be sent

Shipping charges for Expedited and Overnight services are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier

How to Start Your Return or Exchange

  1. Visit everlane.com/return
  2. Enter your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
  4. Choose your return method:
    • Mail-In Return: Download a prepaid label and packing slip
    • Return Bar Drop-Off: Use your QR code at a partner location (if available)
  5. Confirm and submit your return request

You’ll receive an update once we receive and process your return.

  • If exchanging, you can shop using your return credit
  • If the new item costs less, you’ll be refunded the difference
  • If it costs more, you’ll be prompted to enter payment at checkout

In-Store or Third-Party Purchases
Items purchased from authorized retail partners or stores must be returned to the original place of purchase. If this is not possible, we may consider a one-time exchange of equal value with valid proof of purchase. Items must be unworn and in resellable condition.

Non-Authorized Sellers
Products purchased from social commerce platforms such as eBay or Poshmark are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims, as they are not authorized Everlane retailers.
